Terms of Service, Delivery & Refund Policy
The terms that apply to every project we take on.

1. Services
Soft Trade Enterprises develops custom trading software, including MetaTrader Expert Advisors, TradingView Pine Script indicators, Indian-market trading algorithms and related tools. We provide software development services only. We do not provide trading signals, tips, investment advice, portfolio management or fund management, and we are not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator.
2. Quotation and scope
Every project begins with a written quotation stating the scope, price and timeline. Work starts only after you confirm that quotation in writing and the advance payment is received. Any feature not listed in the confirmed scope is treated as a change request and is quoted separately.
3. Payment
60% advance to start development, 30% on delivery of the beta build and 10% before final handover. GST is charged as applicable. Payment links and invoices are sent only from our official number +91 92506 26520 or from [email protected]. We never request OTP, broker login or investor passwords.
4. Delivery
All products are digital; there is no physical shipping. Delivery is normally within 3 to 7 working days after requirements are frozen and the advance is received. Complex projects may take longer, and the expected date is stated in the quotation. Files and updates are sent by email, and on WhatsApp if you prefer. Installation guidance is included. VPS setup and installation are carried out remotely on a scheduled call.
5. Revision and support
We provide 7 days of free revision after delivery for minor adjustments and bug fixes within the agreed scope. Changes to the core logic or new features are quoted separately. Technical support is provided for 15 days after final delivery on WhatsApp, email or call during business hours.
6. Licence
Software is licensed for the client’s own use. Resale, redistribution, sub-licensing or public sharing is not permitted. Source code is supplied only where the confirmed quotation says so.
7. Refund policy
Digital software, licence keys and development services are non-refundable once development has started. Because the software is custom-built to the client’s own rules and delivered digitally, no refund is provided for change of mind, for trading results, or for a strategy that does not perform as the client expected. Our obligation is limited to delivering software that matches the confirmed written scope, together with the revision and support period described above.
8. Client responsibility and risk
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. The client is solely responsible for the strategy, the settings used, the broker chosen and every trading decision taken. Past performance of any strategy does not indicate future results. We make no representation, promise or guarantee of profit, return, win rate or accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, slippage, broker or platform failure, internet or VPS downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
